Metropolitan and Special Districts are units of local government authorized by Article-1 of Title-32 of the Colorado State Statutes. A special district provides public improvements and services to its property owners and residents. A metropolitan district is a special district that provides two or more types of improvements and services.

No, however, there are active Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, as well as Design Guidelines, for the Lewis Pointe Metropolitan District. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with these Documents located on the Documents page.

How often are Board Meetings held?
Regular Board Meetings are held on Mondays in February, May, July, September and November, with the specific date of each meeting determined annually.
