The Lewis Pointe Metropolitan District Board holds meetings to conduct the business of the District throughout the year. The board meeting calendar, meeting agendas and minutes from past board meetings are posted below.
When: Board meetings start at 5:30pm (unless noted otherwise on the meeting agendas posted below). In December each year, the board meeting calendar is established for the following year and the meeting dates are provided below. Additional meetings (i.e. “special” meetings) may be called by the Board during the year and all such meetings will be added to the annual meeting calendar below at least 24 hours prior to holding such special board meetings.
Where: The Board typically holds its meetings at the Trail Winds Recreation Center (13495 Holly Street Thornton, CO 80602). However, the Board does schedule some meetings online. Log-in details for any online meetings are provided on the meeting agendas. Please refer to the meeting notice and agenda posted below to confirm the location of each meeting.
